We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

Michigan Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) |
| Purpose: |
A non-profit trade association representing the manufactured housing industry in Michigan. MMHA works to improve the image of manufactured housing by educating consumers, media and government about the quality, affordability, design and beauty of the homes. It also works to protect the interests of the industry and the owners of manufactured homes.
|

owners, installers, service companies, financial institutions and

|
| History: | Founded in 1941 as the Michigan Motor Coach Association,
MMHA is one of Michigan's oldest trade associations. During
World War II, the mobile home was promoted as a multi-purpose
vehicle with the advantage of day-to-day living in one location
and vacationing in another. Eventually, two sister associations
were created to represent the two separate industries that evolved:
recreation vehicles (RVs) and manufactured homes.
