Sandra is no stranger to building homes. Her late husband was a home builder and together they built their first family home. A few years later, Sandra decided to sell their home and go in a different direction—a modular home. When Sandra saw a Little Valley Homes, Inc. model she fell in love at first sight.

Being a home builder’s wife, she was a bit skeptical, but after seeing the quality construction and materials used in the modular home, Sandra’s mind was changed. “It was everything I wanted—well-designed and built,” she recalls.

It took a couple years before she could make it her own, but that model modular home is now privately placed on a few acres in Willis, Michigan. Sandra has wasted no time in making room for her grandchildren. “In our old house, we had a living room we would never use. Here, with the open floor plan, we enjoy all the space.”
