The Homestead Series / Eagleton built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,749 square feet on a 64-foot frame. A family room, dining area and a kitchen with a long center counter stretch across the upper side, with a bedroom at the upper left and the main sitting room below beside the stairs. The owner's bedroom and bath hold the right end, and a further bedroom and utility room sit at the lower left. The plan is drawn in basement and crawlspace versions, with an optional slider.
