The Homestead Series / Eckley built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,422 square feet on a 52-foot frame. The owner's bedroom and bath sit at the upper left beside a utility room and hall bath, with the kitchen and dining area at the upper right. A pair of bedrooms sit side by side along the lower left, and the family room fills the lower right beside the stairs. Drawings cover both a basement and a crawlspace foundation, with an optional slider.
