The Homestead Series / Erwin built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,640 square feet on a 60-foot frame. The kitchen with a center counter, the dining area and a family room stretch across the upper side, with the owner's bath at the upper left and a utility area at the far right. The owner's bedroom takes the lower left beside the main room, and a pair of bedrooms with a bath between them sit at the lower right. Basement and crawlspace versions are drawn, with an optional slider and windows.
