The Homestead Series / Orion built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,575 square feet on a 38-foot frame. Across the plan, the main level has a kitchen with a utility area and half bath at the upper left, the dining area at the upper center, the family room across the lower left, and the owner's bedroom and bath at the right beside the stairs. A pair of bedrooms and a shared bath sit upstairs, with optional dormers on the front. An optional center kitchen layout and a crawlspace option are drawn beside the main level.
