Mansion Elite Modular The Meadow Forest 44B12

The Mansion Elite Modular / Meadow Forest 44B12 built by Manufactured Housing Enterprises is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,232 square feet on a 44-foot frame. Utility, dining and kitchen areas gather at the left beside a bath with a tub. The owner’s bedroom takes the lower left corner, a living room fills the middle, and two more bedrooms complete the plan. An optional stairwell, with a bedroom drawn beside it, rounds out the layout.
