The Homestead Series / Andrea built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,950 square feet on a 41-foot frame. A family room, dining area and kitchen share the main level, with a half bath and the stairs along one side. Upstairs, the owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the top, a hall bath sits in the middle, and more bedrooms fill the bottom. A proposed garage location and a small alternate bath and storage layout are drawn beside the plan.
