The Homestead Series / Annandale built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,657 square feet on a 40-foot frame. The main level holds a kitchen with a center counter, a dining area, a family room and an owner’s bedroom with its own bath, with a half bath and utility area beside the dining area. The proposed upper level adds a pair of bedrooms with a bath between them under the sloped roof. A gable entry option and an optional window layout are drawn around the plan.
