The Homestead Series / Argyle II built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,640 square feet on a 30-foot frame. A kitchen and dining area sit at the back of the main level with a half bath and utility room, and the family room fills the front beside the stairs. Upstairs, the owner’s bedroom and bath share the level with more bedrooms and a hall bath. A crawlspace option and optional windows are drawn around the plan.
