The Homestead Series / Atwater built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,258 square feet on a 46-foot frame. A kitchen and dining area sit across the back with a utility room beside them, the family room fills the center, and the owner’s bedroom and bath hold the left end. A bedroom sits at the upper right beside a bath, and a bedroom or office sits at the lower right. Basement and crawlspace versions of the plan are drawn, along with an optional slider.
