The Homestead Series / Audubon built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 2,236 square feet on a 54-foot frame. A kitchen with a center counter and a dining area sit across the back with a utility room and bath beside them, the family room fills the center, and the owner’s bedroom and bath hold the right end beside a bedroom at the left. The proposed upper level adds a pair of bedrooms and a bath with optional dormers across the front. A crawlspace option and an optional slider are drawn around the plan.
