The Homestead Series / Avon built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,148 square feet on a 42-foot frame. A pair of bedrooms sit at the left end with a bath beside them, the kitchen and dining area fill the upper center beside a utility room, and the family room sits below. The owner’s bedroom and bath hold the lower right. A basement version and a crawlspace version of the plan are shown, and an optional slider is noted.
