The Benchmark Series / Acadian II built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,527 square feet on a 48-foot frame. A foyer opens into the family room, with the kitchen center counter and dining area across the back beside a utility room. The owner’s bedroom and bath hold the left end, and a pair of bedrooms with a bath between them sit at the right. A den with basement stairs is drawn beside the plan.
