The Benchmark Series / Acadian III built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,708 square feet on a 60-foot frame. A foyer opens into the family room at the front, with a dining area and kitchen center counter across the back and a utility room and bath near the right end. The owner’s bedroom and bath hold the left end, and a pair of bedrooms sit at the right. A small room with basement stairs is drawn beside the plan.
