The Benchmark Series / Angela III built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-section modular home with 1,711 square feet on a 42-foot frame. The family room sits at the upper left beside a kitchen and dining area at the center, with the owner’s bedroom and bath at the upper right and a bedroom below it. A foyer at the front leads to an office or bedroom and a small family room. A proposed garage location and an alternate group family space layout are drawn around the plan.
