The Benchmark Series / Bayview built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,506 square feet on a 58-foot frame. The owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the top with the family room and dining area beside them, and the kitchen sits at the center with a utility area and bath nearby. A bedroom and a den or office sit at the bottom beside a porch. A proposed garage location and an optional window extension are drawn around the plan.
