The Homestead Series / Azalea built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,312 square feet on a 46-foot frame. Bedrooms sit at the left end with a bath between them, the kitchen with a center counter and the dining area fill the upper center beside a utility room, and the family room sits at the center with the stairs nearby. The owner’s bedroom and bath take the lower right corner. Basement and crawlspace versions of the plan are drawn, with an optional slider.
