The Homestead Series / Easton built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,585 square feet on a 58-foot frame. The kitchen with a center counter and the dining area sit across the upper center, with the utility room and owner’s bath at the upper left and a bedroom with a bath at the upper right. The owner’s bedroom takes the lower left, the family room fills the lower center, and a bedroom sits at the lower right. Basement and crawlspace versions of the plan are drawn, with an optional slider and window.
