The Homestead Series / Easy Street built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,585 square feet on a 58-foot frame. A pantry and a kitchen with a long center counter sit at the upper center beside the dining area, with the owner’s bath and closet at the upper left and the utility room and hall bath at the right end. The owner’s bedroom takes the lower left, the family room sits at the center beside the stairs, and a pair of bedrooms sit side by side at the lower right. A basement version of the plan is drawn, with optional windows and a slider.
