The Homestead Series / Edenton built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,476 square feet on a 54-foot frame. A bedroom sits at the upper left with a hall bath beside it, the dining area and a kitchen with a center counter fill the upper center, and the owner’s bedroom and bath hold the upper right. A further bedroom sits at the lower left, and the family room fills the lower center beside a utility closet and the stairs. A proposed site built garage location and optional windows are drawn below the plan, with basement and crawlspace versions.
