The Homestead Series / Edgemoore built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,750 square feet on a 32-foot frame. The main level holds a kitchen and dining area across the back, a family room at the front beside the stairs, and a bedroom with a utility room and bath at the left. Upstairs, the owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the right, a bedroom and a bath sit at the left, and a sitting area opens off the stairs. An optional utility room and an optional gable entry layout are drawn beside the plan.
