The Homestead Series / Edgemoore III built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom doublewide modular home with 929 square feet on a 34-foot frame. The main level has a kitchen with a center counter and a dining area across the back, a family room at the front, and a bedroom beside a utility area and bath at the left. Upstairs, a pair of bedrooms share a bath, with optional dormers across the front. A crawlspace configuration is drawn beside the plan.
