The Homestead Series / Ellicott built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,475 square feet on a 54-foot frame. On this plan, the owner’s bedroom and bath sit across the upper left, with a utility area, a hall bath and a bedroom along the upper right. The dining area and kitchen with a center counter fill the lower left, the family room sits at the lower center beside the stairs, and a bedroom sits at the lower right. Basement and crawlspace versions of the plan are drawn, with an optional door and window.
