The Homestead Series / Emoryville built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,366 square feet on a 50-foot frame. A bedroom and a hall bath sit at the upper left, with the kitchen and its center counter and the dining area across the upper center and a utility area at the upper right. The family room fills the lower center beside the stairs, a further bedroom sits at the lower left, and the owner’s bedroom and bath hold the lower right. Basement and crawlspace versions are drawn, with an optional slider and window.
