The Homestead Series / Evergreen built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,312 square feet on a 48-foot frame. Inside this plan, the owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the upper left beside a hall bath, with the kitchen and dining area at the upper right and a center counter between them. A pair of bedrooms sit at the lower left, and the family room fills the lower right beside the stairs. Both a basement and a crawlspace version are drawn, with an optional slider and window.
