The Homestead Series / Fairfax II built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,230 square feet on a 48-foot frame. Within this footprint, a bedroom sits at the upper left beside a bath, with the dining area and kitchen with a center counter across the upper center, a utility area at the right, and the owner’s bedroom and bath at the lower left beside the family room. Upstairs, a pair of bedrooms share a bath, and optional dormers are shown along the front. A crawlspace configuration is drawn beside the main level.
