The Homestead Series / Greenfield I built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,257 square feet on a 46-foot frame. The utility area and owner’s bath sit at the upper left beside the dining area and a kitchen with a center counter, with a hall bath and a bedroom at the upper right. The owner’s bedroom takes the lower left, the family room fills the lower center, and a bedroom sits at the lower right beside a linen closet. A crawlspace configuration and an optional slider are drawn around the plan.
