The Homestead Series / Greenfield II built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,367 square feet on a 52-foot frame. A bedroom and a hall bath sit at the upper left, with the kitchen and its center counter and the dining area across the upper center and the owner’s bedroom and bath at the upper right. A bedroom, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and the stairs fill the lower left, and the family room sits at the lower center. A proposed site built garage location is drawn below the plan, with basement and crawlspace versions.
