The Homestead Series / Malvern built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,057 square feet on a 41-foot frame. A pair of bedrooms sit at the top with a bath beside them, the family room and dining area fill the middle, and the kitchen sits at the bottom of the plan beside the entry. Basement and crawlspace versions are drawn, with an optional ductwork location for the basement plan.
