The Homestead Series / Oak Grove built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,906 square feet on a 46-foot frame. On this drawing, the main level has a kitchen and dining area across the back with a utility area and hall bath at the left, the family room below them, and the owner’s bedroom and bath at the right beside a bedroom or office. The proposed upper level is drawn open with a bath, closets and optional dormers. A crawlspace option is drawn above the plan.
