The Homestead Series / Saxony built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,804 square feet on a 66-foot frame. The kitchen with a center counter, the dining area and the family room stretch across the upper center beside the stairs, with the owner’s bath at the upper left and a hall bath and utility area at the right. The owner’s bedroom takes the lower left beside a sitting room and an office, and a pair of bedrooms sit at the lower right. A basement version of the plan is drawn, with an optional slider and windows.
