The Multifamily Collection / Arlington I built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom doublewide modular multi-family home with 1,980 square feet on a 66-foot frame. A matched pair of mirrored units meet at the center wall, each with a family room, a kitchen with a raised bar, a dining area and a foyer with a washer and dryer closet. A bedroom with a closet sits at the front of each unit, and a bedroom with a bath sits at the back.
