The Multifamily Collection / Montello built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-section modular multi-family home with 2,626 square feet on a 64-foot frame. In this drawing, a matched pair of mirrored units share a center wall, each with a family room and dining area at the back, a kitchen with a center counter in the middle, and a bedroom with a bath beside it. The owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the front corner of each unit, with proposed garage locations and a porch drawn along the front.
