The Modern Living Series / Jade Tree Ranch built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,680 square feet on a 66-foot frame. Across this drawing, the owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the top of the plan, with bedrooms and a utility room stacked down one side beside a hall bath, while the dining area, a kitchen with a long center counter and the family room fill the other side. A close view of the dining area and kitchen with the stairs is drawn alongside. A further layout with a pair of bedrooms, a utility room with a washer and dryer and a bath is drawn beside it.
