The Lake & Lodge Collection / Cozy Cabin built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,297 square feet on a 41-foot frame. A dining area and kitchen sit at the top left beside a utility closet, the family room with an optional fireplace location fills the left side, and the owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the top right near the stairs. A bedroom sits beside the foyer at the bottom, with a covered porch under an extended roof along the front. A proposed upper level to be finished at the site is drawn separately.
