The Lake & Lodge Collection / Maple Ridge Chalet built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,250 square feet on a 41-foot frame. A kitchen and dining room fill the top of the plan, with a great room open to above at the bottom. The owner’s bedroom and bath sit on the right, beside a half bath and a washer and dryer closet. A proposed upper level adds finished space overhead.
