The Lake & Lodge Collection / Northwoods Chalet built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,955 square feet on a 44-foot frame. A pair of bedrooms sit at the top center beside a utility room and a hall bath, with the kitchen at the top left and the dining room below it. The owner’s bedroom and bath fill the right side, and a great room open to above anchors the front with an optional fireplace location. A proposed upper level, to be finished on site, adds a bath and an open view below.
