The Lake & Lodge Collection / Old Bennington II Chalet built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,123 square feet on a 36-foot frame. Throughout the plan, the owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the top left of the plan, with a half bath and a utility area at the top right. The kitchen sits along the right side, and the family room open to above fills the lower left beside the dining area. A proposed upper level adds a bath, an angled ceiling and an open view below.
