The Lake & Lodge Collection / Olympia II built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-section modular home with 1,519 square feet on a 42-foot frame. A porch spans the front beside the foyer, with the owner’s bedroom, bath and walk-in closet on the left and the family room to the right. The kitchen and dining area sit at the top right, while a bedroom, a hall bath and a utility room fill the top left. A proposed upper level adds a large open floor with bath fixtures drawn along the stairs.
