The Lake & Lodge Collection / Skyview Cottage II built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom singlewide modular home with 875 square feet on a 32-foot frame. At the entry, the owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the top of the plan, with the stairs and a utility room beside them. The family room is open to above and shares its space with a kitchen and dining area drawn with a center counter, and an optional peninsula bar kitchen is shown as an alternative. The drawing also notes a proposed upper level.
