The Lake & Lodge Collection / Tree Tops Lodge built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,522 square feet on a 42-foot frame. Along the left side sit the owner’s bedroom and bath, with a pair of bedrooms and a hall bath across the top and a utility room beside them. The kitchen has a raised bar and opens to the dining area and a great room that is open to above with an optional fireplace location. A crawl space stair configuration is drawn, and a proposed upper level adds a bath and open space overhead.
