2020 MMHA Member Awards

The Michigan Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) presented its 2020 Member Awards to two deserving members.

Holly Werner
The award for Best Community Manager goes to Holly Werner of Capital Crossings in Eagle, Michigan. Holly was instrumental on the team that revitalized and brought new enhancements to an older community, turning it into a point of pride for residents, management and staff. Her accomplishments within this community are impressive, and her passion for her job is unmatched.

The award for Exceptional Leadership goes to Byron Stroud of Skyline Champion Corporation in Troy, Michigan. His

40+ years in the industry make him a walking encyclopedia of knowledge, and his various roles within the industry show he is enthusiastic to share that knowledge for all to benefit.
